Visual Studio is finally punching back 🥊 with VS 2022. Although I haven’t used it personally, I’ve also heard great things about Qt Creator. CLion is a great C++ CMake-based IDE, and the early preview of Rider’s Unreal Engine support is revolutionizing UE4 development. We would get more features, but at the cost of performance and clunky UI. Ever since 2010, all the way up to 2019, it felt like Visual Studio was losing that charm.
